Most items are gluten free. They are also marked as to what is and isn’t gluten free. Let them know if you have celiac and they will change gloves and use a new cutting board.

Tasty and very knowledgeable about gluten free selection the sauces are not GF as well as a couple of sides and desserts. All their meats are safe. We loved the brisket in particular!

Menu items that have gluten are noted on the menu board. My first visit, I ate a loaded baked potato with chopped beef. It was very good with the spicy barbecue sauce and jalapeños. The second time I asked about a brisket sandwich. The manager had to show the staff where the gluten free buns were.

I love the cucumber & tomato salad and you should definitely try the pecan pie.

My daughter and I went here for lunch. They do not carry the local oven bread. And we were told that they were not gluten free. Some items are gluten free naturally but they had no knowledge. We left and elsewhere.

Went for a late bday celebration with my family! So thankful I picked this place! Had the 2 meat combo with pulled pork, ribs, bacon cheddar mashed potatoes, cornbread, pecan pie, and a drink... started with the sweet pecan tea (uniquely delicious), then for the refill to-go I tried the cane sugar cola rx (also delicious)! They get their baked goods from company cafe (same owners and also delish), so it was all safe. I will definitely be back! Didn't have room left in my belly for the pie, but it looks amazing, ! This place is a gem. So glad I found it.

...also my gluten intolerant husband loved the collard greens and sliced brisket.
