I have been celiac since Jan 7th of this year. So I dont know a whole bunch about this. There fryer is not gluten free but i had the club on there GF bread and I didnt get sick. The staff knew about celiacs and were super helpful with picking non gluten food.

Wow… very knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination. I had a fabulous bbq sandwich with a side of beans. Very friendly and helpful service. Will definitely go back.

They have GF buns and corn tortillas. Most everything can be made GF. The fries are in a shared fryer. Staff was very knowledgeable and the service was good.

I have eaten here 3 times and did not get sick at all. I've had fries, a sandwich with a gluten free bun and nachos. Very good. Great options of bread and buns.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

Big menu that includes GF buns and bread and ability to substitute salmon or shrimp on the salads. The BBQ sauce is gluten free and corn tortillas are available. Burgers, brisket, and salmon were all great. GF beer and cider. Nice environment, family friendly, good for a date or gathering. Will come again.
