My review is based on BREAKFAST
I was excited to try this place based on the reviews. I think it may be great for non celiacs but the options for celiac is who get very sick not as many options
When I got to the restaurant I asked about gluten free / celiac / cross contact and the First Lady told me they will “clean the grill” for me….. well I’m super duper sensitive and will get violently ill so I prefer not to use a shared grill
Then when I spoke to the waitress she explained that they pans that they only use for eggs that do not fit the pancakes so they would have to use the grill (sanitized but I just don’t want to risk it)
I had ordered the GF pancakes with a side of scrambled eggs and a coffee. But after they told me about the grill I skipped the pancakes and only had scrambled eggs and fruit
I’m disappointed because I drove far from my hotel to have pancakes however I’m just happy I can still eat breakfast

Gluten free pancakes are very good. They give the option to cook them yourself but I ordered from the kitchen and notified it was an allergy. Staff was very friendly and notified the kitchen of an allergy.

What a fantastic breakfast gem. Very clearly marked gluten-free menu, very friendly waitress was amazing and knowledgeable. You can make your own gluten-free pancakes at the table, with a hibachi style pancake griddle. I had the Boss Hog, which was fantastic. Hands-down no-brainer for a great gluten-free breakfast. Although not gluten-free, my wife had the deep-fried French toast and loved it. All in all worth the visit and will be back!
Additional visit. Came back a couple days later, tried the make your own GF pancakes at the table, had a blast. Wish my kids were younger, I’d have brought them too! Fantastic.

I did not eat pancakes. They do have gf batter to make your own at your table. My family made their rainbow pancakes while I had a hearty breakfast. I had southern breakfast with grits and bacon and toast. The bacon was SO good! Their home fries share frier.

You can make your own pancakes at the table . They offered gluten free , really cool place . They said their griddles were sanitized, but we still saw small specs but only on the edges . We kept our pancakes in the center . Loved the place, neat experience .

I asked lots of questions about the grill and cleaning process, the ingredients, cross contamination. I got all the right answers, but I’m already feeling sick and we haven’t left the restaurant yet.

Staff was very knowledgeable and made sure the surfaces were clean and sanitized. We used the grill top for the GF pancakes and no one got sick.. Definitely will be back.
Add me to the list of satisfied celiac customers. Outstanding GF pancakes clearly marked w a GF toothpick. Fun decor, friendly servers who understood celiac needs, outstanding locally sourced bacon and good coffee! Will be back.

I am a celiac. My husband and I just had breakfast, and it was outstanding. We both had GF penny stack (2 large pancakes) and 2 eggs and bacon. The pancakes tasted just like non gf, and rivalled Joey's in Maggie Valley, NC, where the best GF pancakes are made in my opinion. Eggs were obviously fresh, thick delicious bacon. Real maple syrup, real butter Pat's supplied. Service was superb, unobtrusive, server told us syrup is gf, many refills of hearty good coffee. The only criticism is water was City water, had chlorine taste. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.
Staff was knowledgeable and attentive to Gluten Free needs. Even brought a bottle of balsamic to the table to confirm it was celiac safe and a plastic wrapped set of flatware. GF bread was fine, but note they don’t have a separate toaster, so we asked for it untoasted. Also don’t have a separate fryer so no home fries either.

Fantastic restaurant! Hubby had the filled with gluten fried green tomatoe kale and spinach Benny and he absolutely loved it. I had the shrimp and grits that were to die for. Would definitely return if ever in the Melbourne area again!
The staff was awesome and understanding of Celiac's. The pancakes tatsed so good I thought they weren't GF, but they were. I got the penny stack with bacon and used sugar free syrup because I react to regular syrup. Don't eat at the make your own pancakes though. Made my vacation! Highly recommend.

Awesome food! The wait staff was very knowledgeable about celiac and cross contanmination issues. The manager came over to make sure everything was okay at least 3 times. I'm so thankful for places like this that made my vacation so much better.

They were very helpful in ordering. They made recommendations for substitutes due to my dietary restrictions. The penny stack was so good! And the bacon was perfect! If you’re Celiac, you must try the pancakes! Amazing!

Amazing breakfast! Great service and knowledgeable staff. If you are celiac I wouldn’t make your own pancakes.

We go here often for the best GF pancakes anywhere. We have never had a problem with cross contamination. Besides...staff are great!

Awesome little diner! Good gf options: pancakes and bread. I ordered the breakfast club - the egg was nice and runny, tomatoes were great and the bacon was nice and thick. Husband and son ordered gf pancakes-you only need to order the penny stack because it is plenty of food. Pancakes tasted awesome and couldn't tell they were gf. No one got sick afterwards. Friendly staff who hustle.
I'm so thankful for this place! Try their GF Citrus Waffle! To die for! Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about celiacs too.

I was so excited to try this place and it did not disappoint. We sat at a regular table, not the griddle table, and I had the gluten free pancakes. They were so delicious, better than I make at home. We will definitely be going back!

Great menu selection! The gluten-free pancakes were very fluffy. They have dedicated griddles as well as markers to make sure everything is cooked GF. Definitely recommend!

Great experience! I had the BLT on GF bread and it was so good, nice meaty bacon and fresh ingredients. Pretty sure the bread is sourced from Bald Strawberry. Can't wait to go back for breakfast!
Good food, knowledgeable staff, amazing pancakes. They have griddles to cook your own pancakes and supply a separate dedicated cast iron skillet for gf cooking.
