The place was busy with lots of locals. Real wood fired oven with Califlower crust as alternative for gf diners. Have lots of gf salads and some seafood entrees. Service was good. Gf pizza crust was ok but not wonderful.

When asked about cross-contamination, staff said that the order is marked GF, the process line is wiped clean before pizza is made, the staff put on new gloves before making, each ingredient is in separate containers, and the pizza is placed on a special rack above the other pizzas to ensure there’s no contamination while baking.
There is a raw bar which is all GF, 3 salad options are GF, and any pizza can be made with a cauliflower crust and marked as GF to ensure no cross contamination. I would be leery of the meat options and some sauces that come on the pizzas but a traditional cheese pizza or none meat pizza are safe.

They offer one the best gluten free pizza’s I’ve ever had. They will make any pizza gluten free with the dough they have and will make necessary adjustments if needed.
