Amazing experience! I had breakfast here twice during vacation and had no reactions. I had the crustless quiche and the gluten free breakfast bowl. I also had the lava cold brew no flavoring and it was great! There are a lot of wrapped gluten free baked goods as well.

This place has gluten free cookies and brownies, both of which were delicious. Inexpensive, too. Love it.

I love their paleo / gf selections

Salad was good and so was the GF cookie but the staff was kind of clueless about what had gluten on the menu.

Honestly, the best selection of paleo goodies I've ever seen and I'm coming from D.C. Area. Coffee is great! Stuff is knowledgeable and super nice
