One of the most celiac friendly places I've gone. The waitress was 100% familiar and associated with celiac disease and made me feel confident in the gluten free choices. I ordered the Half slab of ribs. Generously portions. Coleslaw and yes, the famous gf cornbread. Amazing food. During our visit even the manager came out and talked to us about gluten allergies and celiac. I never felt more confident eating at a restaurant before. Great food, great staff, highly recommend!

Amazing food and Great service (thanks Sarah!) The ribs were so tender, fries from a dedicated fryer and warm cornbread. It’s a shame we live so far away, otherwise we would eat here frequently!

The menu is labeled what is gluten free. I’ve eaten in the restaurant, ordered carry out and from door dash. The staff is okay about gluten free but be cautious during a busy at the restaurant.

I called to confirm the corn bread was gluten free because I couldn’t believe it. They also told me to leave a note on my online order that it was for a severe allergy/intolerance and they would advise Kitchen to follow allergy protocols. We ordered 3 gluten free meals - pulled chicken, chopped brisket and sliced brisket. Plus sides - cornbread, sweet potatoes, and coleslaw. Everything was delicious!

Bad Brad’s now has a link for “Gluten Allergy” information! It not only indicates which items contain gluten but also indicates which items have gluten contact! So helpful as there were items I would have potentially ordered assuming they were GF but the chart indicated gluten contact.

I have Celiac disease and am lactose intolerant, there weren't many options to accommodate both of these allergens. I got the grilled chicken with no seasoning, very vegetables with no butter and the cucumber salad. They also have Titos vodka.

Food is delicious but I got sick after my last visit. So disappointed since it was one of my favorites

skip the ribs (good taste but a bit dry). friend had sliced brisket & it was amazing. Corn bread is fresh, hot & tasty. collard greens weren't what I had before -they were spicy & with pinto beans, so just not for me. I mentioned it to our server & she immediately offered to replace it with a different side. Try the Pig Candy if you like bacon (who doesn't?) :) definitely worth a return & very pleased with their extensive GF choices.
