Bagel Boat

When I moved to the area and saw that Bagel Boat offers gluten-free breakfast bagels, I was SO excited to try them. While they’re delicious for sure, they’ve always made me incredibly sick. I’ve tried to speak with staff about possible cross-contamination, or even looking at the cooking spray that they use on the griddle for their eggs to see if there’s gluten in it. The staff doesn’t seem very knowledgeable and definitely was not willing to put forth any extra effort to ensure safe food for me.
