They have GF bagels and bread. Udis. They DO NOT have a dedicated toaster so its either microwave or cold bagels and bread. Staff was knowlegable.

I have celiac and this place was amazing they went fast through the line and the food was a amazing! Whenever we go to Bangor I am always like let's go! Haha

Staff was SUPER nice. All GF bagels are Udi’s. They have a large selection of GF bagels. I got a breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel, it was absolutely delicious! And my fiancé got a turkey pesto bagel sandwich and said it was amazing!!! We also got coffees that were fresh brewed and delicious-not syrupy fake sweet! They also had GF chocolate cake! It was SO amazing!!!! They have a TON of dairy free and vegan options as well. We will definitely be back the next time we are traveling!

They offer udi products but toast them in the same toaster as regular bagels. They said they can ask them to cut with different knife but can't promise because there is flour everywhere. When trying to explain that is not GF the server got an attitude and just kept dismissing it. Not helpful at all and didn't want to hear it!!! NOT GF friendly!!! Would not even give one star but had to

Udi brand bagles kept seperate from the normal bagels.... there is not a dedicated toaster or cutting equipment... however the staff was more than willing to go out their way to hand cut the Udis bagle with a clean butter knife and warm in a microwave... from what i witnessed the cream cheese is put into containers for patrons and not directly on to a bagel... the gf options for bagels are ok... is only celiac friendly if you ask for alternative options...

Bagel Central is a local fixture, a great spot to meet or hang out. Their menu has a variety of sandwiches, and they now carry several varieties of Udi's brand gluten free bagels. I'm not sure if they have a dedicated toaster, but the staff are always friendly and helpful and can answer any questions! Occasionally BC will offer a gluten free baked good such as breads or cookies, but their selection varies.
