Great gluten free bagel. Probably the most fluffy and best texture gluten free bagel I’ve had at a bagel shop!

Have Gf bagels but the lady taking orders gave me an attitude when I asked for my cream cheese to be scooped with a fresh knife.

No separate toaster, no change of gloves, walked in asked a few questions and left.

There are no gluten free alternatives stated on their menu but when I asked they told me they did have different types of gluten free bagels. They were stored in a separate part of the kitchen, not on display with the gluten products. When I told them I was celiac they knew right away what to do and wrote it down on my order form. We received our two bagels in separate plastic containers (one gluten one gluten-free), which they usually never did when I wasnt gluten-free, so I appreciated that. The bagel was really good too!
