They have clearly marked gluten free options on their menu. The cookies that come in the bags are individually wrapped and have never touched the also individually wrapped sandwiches. I usually just give the cookie to my partner to eat and go about my day. I have never had symptoms after eating at any of baggins various locations around Tucson.

The order takers know nothing about gluten free, nor about how to handle an allergy. I had to ask them to change their gloves when making my salad. And my food showed up with a cookie in the bag.

Server understood gluten-free, and almost Reuben gluten-free turned out great remind me to leave out the cookie.
Asked if the understood food allergies and would changes gloves etc. They said yes. Delivered my salad with a cookie in the bag. Clearly don't understand allergies. When I complained, they said it happens.
