I had read good things about ordering gluten free food here. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable about GF. I ordered the GF relleno with chips and queso. Good News: They have good gluten free chips that are cooked in a dedicated fryer, the queso has a great flavor and there is GF salsa. (I worried about the salsa only because it’s at the salsa bar - buffet style - and that’s always a concern with cross contamination. It was fine though.) Not so good news: I took a bite of the relleno and tasted a burned flavor. I pulled it out from under the mountain of rice and it was burned. I’m not sure if it was burned or just roasted with the skin left on. Definitely not for me. If I return it will be for a quick queso fix. Man, I love queso!

Gluten free options: They can make quesadillas, tacos, nachos, chips, gluten free. Salsa, queso and most of the meats are gluten free. Lots of variety!

I always get the BYOB with gf chips that are fried in a dedicated fryer. They always write “gf” on my ticket and I’ve never had a problem with cross contamination or gotten sick. Their house salsa is really yummy and their queso is gf as well. I believe the vegetarian black beans are not gf.

I love the chicken nachos at Baja Jacks! They have a separate fryer for their GF chips. Just ask! They are always careful- I have never had cross contamination here!

I have eaten there several times with no reaction. The staff seems knowledgeable and asks questions if they aren’t sure about GF items. They have GF chips that they keep in a separate container from regular chips. Good food and house salsa is so good!!
So delicious! i had the GF chips Nacho Platter with carne asada. They have a sign that tells you what is safe for GF.
