Fresh Baja's Mexican Grill

I was in a jam with work and needed a meal, so I rolled the dice and DoorDash’ed a “rice bowl” from here. Not a whole lot of info on the website about what is, or can be prepared, gluten free. I went with naturally gf ingredients: rice, black beans, pork, lettuce, pico, chipotle salsa, cheese. I pretty much never take that kind of risk especially because I don’t know anything about their protocols, but for what it’s worth, I did not get sick. And the food was good! I cannot comment on their fryer though (chips, plantains).
