I reacted to something, but I don’t know what. The servers were good at telling me which dishes I could and couldn’t eat, but the knækbrød that I was given instead of bread was served on the same plate and leaning up against the bread, which makes me think that they maybe aren’t aware of cross contamination. There was a breaded vegetable dish on the menu, so I’m wondering if they fried that in the same oil as the other non-gluten items.

One of the best restaurants I've ever been to, a great place to go for dinner and a food experience like none other. Most dishes are vegetable based and therefore naturally free from gluten. They are very experienced with allergies, and provide a seamless and warming dining experience, no matter if you're gluten free, vegetarian or vegan. Good tip to inform them about celiac in advance, but they'll be able to accommodate you regardless.
