Have had cupcakes and cake on two separate occasions and they were both wonderful. The texture was moist and dense and the fillings were wonderful. From what I understand she makes the gluten free in the morning before getting into any other wheat based recipes. No reaction either time which was a pleasant surprise. My son and I both have celiac and no issues.
