I ordered a gluten free Margherita pizza, and it was so good that I ate the whole thing and then got a second! I couldn’t tell at all that the crust was cauliflower. The server was knowledgeable and explained the process as well. No reaction yet (fingers crossed)!

Any of the pizzas can be made GF even though the menu doesn’t list cauliflower crust. The waiter was knowledgeable about Celiac and explained the possibility of cross-contamination, but I am extremely sensitive and didn’t have any symptoms after eating here. The pizza is amazing!!

Just had the mushroom truffle brunch pizza...AMAZING. Didn’t taste like cauliflower pizza at all... had to double check because i was worried. Menu isn’t marked that they have gluten free so you will need to ask! It was tasty! Not sure how safe it would be for people who are celiac.

This place has the best pizza I’ve had since eliminating gluten from my diet a decade ago. Any of their gourmet pizzas can be ordered on an amazing cauliflower crust. Awesome fresh salads and a cool atmosphere with lots of outdoor seating and free parking make Baker and Brewer one of my favorites.

I just tried their Margherita pizza with a cauliflower crust and it was amazing! It was the best gluten-free pizza I have ever had! Also, their grapefruit seltzer was a wonderful addition to my meal. I can't wait to return to try one of their other delicious pizzas on the cauliflower crust.

This collaboration between EVO Pizzeria and Holy City Brewery has the best gluten free pizza in Charleston. Any of their innovative pizzas can be served on the best cauliflower crust I’ve ever had.
It makes for a perfect dining experience when combined with one of their farm-to-table salads and either a house made hard seltzer or cider.
Lots of free parking (a rarity in downtown Charleston) and cool outdoor dining option makes this our go to place for the family, large groups or just a date night for two of us.
