They wouldn’t let me have the French toast (even though it’s marked as gf on the menu??) which was a little annoying as it’s the only reason we came, they only told me after they had started making the rest of our order as well which meant we couldn’t leave. I instead got a gf bacon sandwich instead and asked for brown sauce if it was gf, he gave me some and said it only has barley so should be gf so I had to correct him…limited options without the French toast

Stuff knows about gluten free options. However, they are not 100% glutenfree and therefore can't guarantee safe cealiac options. But the Staff said they are aware of cealiac and try the best.
