It's not advertised, but they offer a personal-sized GF pizza. It is a very thin-crust pizza, not the type local CT residents are used to but that's ok. They use a pre-packaged crust that is made elsewhere but use their own toppings. The crust comes in it's own little disposable aluminum tray, so I was not worried at all because I know they only have 1 wood-fired pizza oven. I asked how they handle cross-contamination risks and they told me that they prepare the pizza in an area separate from everything else. There may be minor cross-contamination risks since it is a small place but I felt safe. The owner seems to be very aware and they sell a good number of GF pizzas a week. The crust isn't the tastiest ever but chicken-topped pizza done in a wood-fired oven? More than makes up for a mediocre crust. I'd give them 5 stars if they offered a GF pasta.
