You can request a GF menu that marks what isn’t GF and what can be made GF with substitutions. The waiters were friendly and double checked hen they didn’t know if something was safe for both food and drink. I was with gluten-eating friends so there was gluten at the table, but the waitress bringing our food always informed us what contained gluten so there would be no mistake.
