This is a great place if all you want is a salad, maybe. The manager was candid about their lack of cross contamination processes. NOT for celiacs.

Have been here twice now while visiting Knoxville and highly recommend it! The food and service is outstanding. I’m vegetarian and gluten intolerant, and had different dishes that were tasty and safe. My husband is vegan, and my son eats everything. It was enjoyed by all!

Celiac friendly?

Blown away by how well they understood Celiac. My waiter customized a meal for me and then caught a possible problem before submitting my order. He corrected it and came and told me so that I would know for future reference. (No black bean burger). The beer garden is awesome.
