Ate at the bar side (The Vault) which shares the same kitchen but has a more limited menu. Menu wasn't labeled but staff was happy to check options and had suggestions of ways to modify things. They also enter it as preference vs allergy in the computer which they said means the kitchen will change gloves and take extra precautions. I had the trout which was naturally GF and it was delicious.

Great atmosphere and amazing food. We had the filet, which is so exceptionally seasoned and prepared, what a delight. The menu clearly marks what is GF and what is not and the staff is very happy to make changes to accommodate for dietary needs.

Delicious and knowledgeable wait staff. We shared a beet salad and then I had the scallops and they were so good. My husband got the lamb and risotto with the tempura asparagus on the said so I could try it. Special date night because it is expensive but the food is incredible.
Yes
My waiter was knowledgeable about what I could eat, but didn’t volunteer information. I had to ask really specific questions, which is fine, but not ideal. My order came out with a side that was possibly not gluten-free. When I asked my waiter about it, he said it shares a common frier, and offered a substitute. Again, that’s fine, but I explicitly made sure I was ordering a meal that was gf, so it would have been nice to let me know the side isn’t gf. The meal was fantastic, and so were the coffee and mimosas.
Yes
They do have a dedicated menu but they don't have a dedicated fryer. Gluten free bread and buns.
