Called ahead of time as there were no gluten free items marked on menus I could find online. The server that picked up the phone was knowledgeable and answered my questions - there were options available and most Speciality rolls can be made GF by removing the sauce (aside from the obvious with tempura etc). They have Tamari/GF Soy Sauce. We decided to sit at their bar for a drink & app (edamame) while ordering and waiting for our takeout. The server (who also spoke with me on the phone) spent a good 10-15 mins with us going through the menu, sharing recommendations & any accommodations she thought we would like. They packaged our food with Tamari to go. So impressed! Ordered: Edamame with sea salt, Hamachi lover (no sauce), lobster special (no sauce), blossom hill roll No symptoms after.
