Good fun. Understanding employees. Make sure to mention that your order is gluten free while ordering.
Many items on the menu are stated as gluten free so we thought the restaurant knew proper precautions. My wife was excited to see and try the egg rolls and egg foo young, both indicated as gluten free and confirmed by the server. Her excitement and enjoyment of items she has not found in other Asian restaurants was short tempered when she became violently ill after getting home. When she called the restaurant, the manager indicated they use a common fryer and that the egg food young is NOT gluten free. Makes me wonder if they understand how critical gluten free is for those with Celiac disease. Blatant disregard for food safety in this regard and not even a hint they would be taking action to correct issues. No offer to make things right with my wife, in essence, we paid them money to make her sick. Try at your own risk. Good was good, but not at the cost of my wife's throwing up for am hour.

Bamboo Village offers many gluten free options, please make sure you ask to your server that what you are ordering is GF. If you need GF due to celiac please note that the Eggrolls are not fried in a dedicated fryer. The Que Viet Eggrolls are worth getting, so you can get them To Go, just ask for them GF. You will need to do a second frying at home. The first fry is done by Bamboo Village in oil used only for the Eggrolls.
