My family has eaten here multiple times and tried different items but consistently get sick so we’ve decided to stop trying despite all the good safety reviews here. We were hoping the reactions were just bad luck with all the positive reviews on here. We seem to be able to eat the sushi without getting sick but items from their kitchen are really hit or miss. I wouldn’t recommend eating these items if you’re very sensitive.

Super good. Really friendly. Excellent Gluten free knowledge. Ordered orange peel chicken and rice. Asked for it to be made spicy. Delicious. They have legit tasty gf soy sauce. Not the watery fake cheap stuff.

The food may be safe, but it is BLAND AND DRY. I have never been so disappointed by a Pad Thai dish before. Will not go back regardless of the safety.

Bambu is great! I have tried several gluten free items from the menu and now have some favorites. Their online ordering system works really well and inspires a lot of confidence. I usually get takeout - they include gluten free soy sauce packets and mark my items with a “GF” which I appreciate. Also, they are always super friendly when I pop in to pick up my order.

I had a GF pork egg roll and fried rice and Mongolian beef. Everything was excellent. Even though it was pricy I had lots of leftovers. Beef was kinda salty but it all tasted good together. There were so many GF choices on the menu that I was actually overwhelmed!!! I haven’t had that kind of choice in a long time. I will be coming back. Service was fine and laid back. One guy and a robot did all the service so I could see how it could be perceived as slow if they are short on help but we did a lunch at 12:30 so it wasn’t very busy.

Food is great and reliably gluten free.
It’s expensive for what it is and the service is usually lacking, but the food more than makes up for that.

My mom has been GF for 12 years (and me for a year) and we have never found a restaurant that serves GF Chinese food like this! We tried the egg rolls, the sweet and sour chicken, Mongolian beef (our favorite!!), fried rice, and chow fun noodles. All GF and all delicious, a lot of time and thought went into making these recipes. No adverse reactions to any of the food, we felt very safe with everything being marked on the menu and servers confirming that each dish coming out was GF. The service was great (super helpful and knowledgeable!) and the atmosphere felt very authentic which we appreciated. Will definitely be going again!

I literally could not love this place more. The sushi is SO good, I’ve never ever gotten sick. They have so many GF options. The sesame chicken is bomb, so are all the rolls. The fryer is GF so you can have shrimp tempura rolls, etc. I trust these people with my life. SO GOOD. So safe.

I read all of the good reviews here and decided to give it a shot. At first, when the waiter came, I asked if they had a designated fryer and he said no. I was so disappointed. But the owner came over and asked if I was Celiac and I said yes and she assured me they had a separate fryer and would take care of me. I felt assured. I ordered the GF egg rolls and sesame chicken GF. The egg rolls were AMAZING and worth the trip alone. They brought me out what turned out to be sweet and sour chicken, which I decided to just eat instead of waiting for what I ordered. It was good! Not amazing, but good for GF fried Chinese food! Chinese food was the one type of cuisine I was missing and this hit the spot! I would highly recommend, they had many GF options. I did not have any reaction the next day!

It’s nice to have gf Chinese place. I’ve gotten it four or five times on Grubhub. Great quality, love the sesame chicken.

Very good food and a lot of options. Wait times are longer than expected and they charge 2.75% of your bill to use credit cards.

The menu is large and a majority of it is gluten free or can be prepared gluten free. The menu is easy to read. The servers were all knowledgeable and the food is brought to the table announced gluten free as well.

So many items on the menu labeled GF! This was my first time eating Chinese food at a restaurant since my celiac diagnosis 7 months ago. The only problem was I ate too much because it was all delicious! I’ll definitely be back.

We love this place! The food is sooo good and they are really accommodating. I order: the egg rolls (they make them with a crispy spring roll wrapper), pho, curry, sushi, and fried rice

Great Chinese food restaurant! My wife has Celiac and we've trod the GF: House fried rice, fried rice, sesame chicken, orange chicken, mango spring roll, California roll sushi, and calamari (all marked as GF on the menu). Online ordering is great too because they have a specific menu for all GF items! When the food is prepared they wrote "GF" on the actual packaging to make sure you know. This is my wife's favorite Chinese food restaurant! Mine too!

Food is disgusting at this location. Our chicken was dry and chewy.
The food was beautiful, nearly everything on the menu can be made gluten free, and the staff was entirely prepared for celiac disease.
My wife had her first eggroll in 8 years.

What a treat! I had sesame chicken. First time in 9 years. So many gf options.

Best orange chicken, egg rolls and fried rice I ever had - better than the gluten dishes

This place is awesome! Unbelievable food and owners have spent years developing killer GF recipes for great Asian food. They say about 50% of their business is GF. It is the best we have had anywhere. My 14 year old Celiac son got to try his first egg rolls from here.

Staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable. We had egg rolls (amazing!) and sesame chicken. Great experience!

Beyond impressed with this place! Entire menu, even dessert and drinks, is labeled with vegan and gluten free options!! They even have an “order for your blood type” section of the menu. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I feel high maintenance ordering at other places being both vegan and GF but it was such a breeze ordering here.

Outstanding Experience! Chefs, owner and sever all aware of Celiac and GF issues. Food was delicious and prepared in a proper environment. Eggs rolls, GF soy sauce, fried crab, you name it — they make it GF and tasty. Even GF cookies, home made. Local owner - International flavor.

Brought my two children with celiac disease. They got to experience Vietnamese egg rolls and sesame chicken for the first time. Fry egg rolls in separate gluten free fryer. All was excellent. Owner seemed to really know what she was talking about. Make sure you ask for gluten free for all dishes as they take special precaution. Slight price increase for gluten free entrees but it was very minimal.

If you like the Bambu in maple wood- they e expanded! Now also in Oakdale! I highly recommend the gluten free orange chicken! Make sure to specifically ask for it to be gluten free!
