What a wonderful meal and even better experience with the staff. The owner/manager has Celiac disease so you can be sure you will be safe eating at this establishment. The manager suggested I change my steak street tacos to a different protein. She said while the steak is GF it’s prepared on the same flat top grill as the burritos. They do clean the grill for your GF order but she said why take the chance? I appreciated her honesty and really enjoyed the pulled chicken street tacos. They have a dedicated fryer for homemade tortilla chips. The salsa is made on site and was delicious! I highly recommend Bandanas.
