Establishment has you order at a register and then you sit down and wait for your food to be brought out. I explained I have a severe reaction to gluten and asked about their cleaning policies and glove changes. He was not sure if flour tortillas and corn were prepared in the same area so he said he would put a note in my order to clean the area thoroughly and also change gloves. I had the chicken in corn hard shell with the enfuego salsa, chipotle peanut sauce and jalapeño cream sauce and that whole orde was gluten free. Staff seems to be knowledgeable about what is gluten free and what is not.
