One of the best places in Bend for gluten free! Lots of sausage options that can be done on a salad instead of a bun. Fries are safe as nothing else is fried with them.

The owners are awesome! One of my favorite spots to eat at in Bend. Their polish sausage is amazing & love how many sides & dips they have. Their fries are also gluten free.

While they do not have a gluten free bun for the sausage they do serve it on a salad which was super good! The fries are also safe and prepared in a separate fryer. Very pleased with our experience.

Great food! The printed menu is well-labeled with what is GF. I got spicy Italian sausage with peppers and onions on top of a salad, and it was very good.

Delicious and Celiac friendly! Instead of a bun you can have it in a salad or on top of one of the toppings (like carmelized onions). I had my sausage on top of fries :) Staff was knowledgeable and I didn’t get glutened!
