Called tonight to do some takeout and manager did not know what celiac was, when mentioned barley, rye and wheat and was worried about cross contamination...he did not know what was talking about ,,,we politely said good bye

Amazing restaurant that does gluten free custom dishes to order. Hidden gem. Good knowledge of gluten and what they can (and can't) safely do. They've pretty much made me anything on the menu gluten free for me!
