This is Banh Shop (it’s incorrectly spelled Bahn Shop on Google Maps) in Terminal C by the McDonald’s. It’s part of a chain with several DFW locations. I had the pad Thai, and it was pretty good, though the portion was a bit small and the price of adding protein was outrageous ($4.50 for tofu, and it only goes up from there). If you specify gf, they clean the wok before cooking your dish. They also have a to-go counter with gf sushi and spring rolls, which I didn’t try. All in all, it felt pretty safe and I didn’t get sick.

Decent food. I got chicken fried rice. It could use a touch more seasoning but it's good. I'm eating as I type and about to board an airplane. If I have a reaction I'll post an update. If I don't I won't. Eat safe out there y'all!

The location at Terminal D is excellent! They assured me they would make my fried rice gf. I asked about the wok and the man said they wash it before they make gf. He even announced when the other employee started washing it and finished. They even brought a gluten-free sweet chili sauce to the table for me. We stopped at terminal C first and did not have such luck. In fact, the terminal C location said that they cook everything in the same wok without washing it. Terminal c location didn’t seem to care. I highly recommend Terminal D location.

I ordered gluten free Pad Thai and they said they could make it GF/safe and even confirmed when I picked it up it was GF, but I got extremely sick. Like more than cross-contamination sick. I was hopeful based on other reviews, so thought I should share my experience for others to beware of. Things happen in shared kitchens, but getting glutened while traveling really sucks. It also just wasn’t very tasty at all, which kind of made the whole experience even worse lol.

Banh Shop is also located in Terminal C. Staff understood Celiac/gluten-free. Wrote the requirements on my bowl and told the cook "new clean wok, new utensils, different sauce and glove change". I had the pad thai which is usually a safe bet and experienced no issues. Refreshing to be able to get a hot meal, that is Celiac safe, at the airport.

Worth the trek to D Terminal! Very nice staff and the food is excellent. They can make pretty much everything except sandwiches gluten free. I had the Drunken Noodles and nearly went back to get a second order.

Great food. Wait staff was very knowledgeable. They track sales and said 12% of their business last year was gluten free.

Service and food were both great! I enjoyed the Pad Thai! The day I dined, they were all out of rice paper, or else I would have also enjoyed shrimp spring rolls. That know they are unique in custom service gluten free and vegan dishes and intend to stay well known for that.

So great to find some airport food that can accommodate gluten free. The staff working on the particular day we were there were awesome and extremely knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommend if you’re passing through.

I haven’t eaten Asian food out in years. I did here because employees spoke English and understood gf. The pad Thai wasn’t spicy but could be. My husband liked the pork fried rice. I absolutely loved my pad Thai with chicken.

This place is awesome! Chef came out from the back because some thing I ordered had a sauce on it that contains soy sauce. I would not have ever thought to come here because the word baguette is on the sign, but they were really careful of cross-contamination and exceptionally knowledgeable. I don’t think I’ve ever been able to buy a hot meal in an airport and feel so good about it.

The menu just says some things can be gf so you’ll need to ask the staff but right now all their signature bowls can be made gf as there is a separate gf sauce and they’ll use separate utensils. They also said they don’t marinate or fry the tofu (the place no longer has a fryer) so that’s a safe protein to add. I got the pad Thai.
(2021 update: the manager knows what is gluten free and they have Gf soy sauce and cooked the chicken fried rice in a separate bowl)

Great find in Terminal D. Four GF options: Fried Rice Bowl, Bahn Fire Bowl, Pad Thai, and Drunken Noodles. Hot, fresh, made to order. Menu not marked but server was aware of the options.

Decent flavor, several gluten-free options, although I ordered a gluten-free version of one of the meals on the menu I was brought a NOT gluten-free bowl. When I confirmed with the waiter that it was gluten-free he said no, GF hadn't been put on the ticket by the original server and they had to go back and remake it. Thank gosh I asked! Confirm your order when it arrives.... But they do seem to take a very seriously there. He apologiez and gave a partial discount paying

The cashier restated several times to myself and the cook that my order was gluten free. The cook repeated gluten free back to the cashier when he handed my food to her. Excellent experience.

Josh @ the bar & the gal we ordered from were truly amazing!!! They took the time to show which things they could make GF, when my food was brought out, he made sure I knew it was GF. After 10 days in Mexico, it was soooooo incredible to have someone make me feel like it wasn’t a big deal!!!!

Terminal C DFW airport. Great choice for those with celiac. They can make almost everything gluten free, they are very knowledgeable, great food, and decent portion size for an airport. It's a win for me!

Wanted Chick-fil-A, but didn’t want it after seeing the long line. Ordered the fire bowl, gluten free with steak. Super good, definitely has a kick but it was super yummy! Would order it again.

We had a great meal here while waiting for our flight. We had the banh fire bowl and the fried rice. Our allergy meals took longer to prepare than the other non allergy meals, but the waitress and staff went out of their way to make sure all pans and utensils were cleaned. It was worth the wait and felt fine after.

Although they do not have a GF designated menu. I was told everything on the menu can be done GF. I had zero reaction and I am super sensitive to cross-contamination. I am so excited to have found this source of real and delicious food before a long flight overseas.

Their bowls can be made gluten free. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The banh fire bowl was really good and they even gave me a side of Tamari to go with it. Great option when you’re stuck at the airport for a layover and don’t want to wait in the horrible lines for Chick-fil-a.

Great food- so glad to find fresh food while traveling. Server was well informed & checked on a sauce for me. Definitely check it out.

Walked up to the counter and asked how they handle food allergies, the young lady said, quite confidently, "really well, we've got you covered!" I followed up with a question about procedures for folks with celiac, her response was "what's celiac?"
I thanked her for her time and kept on walking.
No
It might be gluten free but you can't add on any protein because the steak has gluten in the marinade and everything is fried together.
has moved to gate D10. delicious GF fried rice, pad Thai!
