I'm not sure how Banners restaurant ended up on this app- they are not GF. No GF menu/no allergy precautions.

While not dedicated celiac / GF, their breakfasts are good and GF friendly for sure. Homefries not coated in any wheat product - as some restaurants and hotels do. Their omelette mix is NOT enhanced with any pancake batter as some national chains do to make them "fluffy". This would be 5-star if there was a dedicated GF menu for celiacs.
