Everything but the tortilla chips and burrito tortilla shells are GF. It’s best not to get anything that isn’t served using utensils (e.g. shredded cheese or lettuce) as they use gloved hands to grab that stuff, which are contaminated. The guy who got my food changed his gloves without me asking which was great.

Everything at Bar-Eat-O is gluten free except for the tortilla chips. I was able to have a burrito bowl with rice, beans, pork, and beef. The staff changes their gloves too to reduce cross-contamination. The margaritas are also fantastic!!
