Bar Harbor Motel includes a free breakfast. They have gluten free granola and Udi's gluten free breakfast. I was able to eat a good breakfast combining the granola, fruit, and Greek yogurt that they also had. Everything is sealed so no cross contamination.

They have several options for breakfast, success as yogurt, hard boiled eggs, fruit, gluten-free granola in it's own dispenser, and individually-wrapped Udi's gluten free muffins (upon request). They also have GF bread but not a separate toaster, so we didn't eat that. Staff was friendly and helpful.

the breakfast starts at 7:00 and ends at 8:00 or 9:00 the the food is cereal French toast pancakes and waffles are not Gluten the muffins are Gluten Free and have the gluten free Udi's chocolate and blueberry Gluten free muffins the people that work at breakfast are very nice and respectful.
