They do have pre-packaged (looked like Udi’s individual packages) gf bagels that are safe from cross contamination they can make an egg sandwich on. Good option in a pinch, and the staff will change gloves and make sure it is prepared separately if you tell them it is an allergy.

Had a fantastic egg, sausage and spinach breakfast sandwich on a gluten free bagel that was SO GOOD. They use separate equipment to prep your food so very low risk of cross contamination. Will be back when visiting daughter at NIU.

They have a separate oven or toaster to cook your food in. I ended up having a pizza bagel. I have not had one in 7 years and it was absolutely delicious. I don't recall the brand of bagel that they got but it came in pre-packaged so there was no contamination in their store. Only plain but very happy. They can make egg sandwiches too...

Cute coffee shop! Had an alright bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich with a gluten free bagel.

Be warned that if you order bagels to go, they give you prepackaged “The Greater Knead”. I suspect this is what they used for my sandwich as well.

Very nice staff though! 🥯

Staff informed me they have separate knives for gluten free bagels and were well prepared to switch gloves and prevent cross contamination. Food was great too! I got a gluten free bagel with egg, cheese, and bacon.
