I was given some cupcakes from Barb’s Cakery. Not only were they the *best* GF cupcakes I’ve ever had (not too dense or crumbly) I didn’t get sick at all. So rare for me to be able to enjoy baked goods! I asked how they prevent cross contamination and I was told they only make their GF items first thing in the morning (before the regular gluten filled stuff)That way there’s no exposure to flour. Just perfection!
