GF options and knowledgeable servers. Have never been sick after eating here. That said, I would love to see a few more GF options to round out a delicious tapas meal. And I find that the food lacks seasoning (eg salt), which is odd. The Bourbon Spice Rack is one of the best cocktails anywhere. Don’t skip that one. The charcuterie board is divine - I with they had GF bread, but even without it’s so delish. I love the Serrano ham, Cana de cabra and idazabal cheeses. And I love that it’s served with quince paste. Delicious.
