Incredible service with wait staff and a manager who are very knowledgeable about celiac disease. While items were not marked on the menu as GF (and there was no separate GF menu), the manager had the kitchen staff mark up a menu with the items that they could safely make with no cross-contamination of other dishes, and I was amazed that about 95% of the menu could be made celiac friendly! The food was fantastic, and I will definitely be returning.
