Great location, on the water in popular Baltimore neighborhood, Fells Point. Large space with plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. Dogs allowed in the outdoor space.

I’ve eaten here several times before the pandemic, when they had a full menu.

House tequila / margaritas are gluten-free as they use 100% agave tequila.

Menu is currently limited to only a few options, probably because of the pandemic.

Thankfully, menu clearly lists gluten-free items, like their quest, salsa, guacamole. However, their chips are fried in-house and in a shared fryer, so the chips are NOT gluten-free.

Tacos, although not marked as GF, can be made with corn tacos. I asked our server a lot of questions and asked her to confirm with the kitchen that the Bang Bang Cauliflower tacos were GF. Their menu description says “spicy sweet chili sauce | pickled slaw | sesame seeds | scallions”. Server confirmed “All clear” - referring that they were GF. When they arrived, I noticed they were fried…

After already having a conversation with our server about the chips and shared fryer, I was extremely displeased that she clearly wasn’t thinking and neither was the kitchen. Or, they don’t know about gluten-free / celiac issues, and that says a lot about the restaurant and management.

To celiac diners: there are plenty of options in Fells Point / Baltimore. Eat somewhere that’s safe, where they actually try to not poison you.

Our server never apologized, but at least she brought our dog a water bowl without us asking.
