They definitely do not understand what gluten free means. As another reviewer mentioned, their drinks, particularly their margaritas, are largely gluten free. The food, however, is an issue.

After confirming with the waiter that the buffalo chicken tacos were gluten free so long as they were on corn tortillas, shortly after eating them, my sickness said otherwise.

Would not consider this placed informed or celiac friendly.
