It seems to be the only safe spot at Boise airport to my knowledge. Their menu is not marked with gf, but all the staff was knowledgeable. They informed me that they keep bread/buns on a separate section of the grill away from the meat and veggies. The safest option seems to be steak tacos and the servers confirmed my choice.
