The chef came out and went over the menu with me and let me know what he could adapt for me. I got the eggs Florentine with corn tortillas on the bottom. So good I finished it ALL. Best hollandaise sauce I’ve ever had. Everything as fresh and delicious. They take all COVID precautions. Highly recommended.
