We ate here last night and had a wonderful experience. The staff is knowledgeable about gf and made every effort to prepare my food with clean hands and in a separate area of the kitchen. On top of that, they researched the ingredients in my drink to ensure they were all gf! I’m super impressed as this is not the norm for Nacogdoches. Hoping to make this a regular in our restaurant rotation.

Great staff, food is Great! they are careful about preparations to prevent cross-contamination. Only 4 starts because there is not a huge selection of GF, but it's a local place celiacs can eat!
