I know, the name sounds bad for us. But I called ahead and asked a lot of questions.
They use Udi’s gluten free pizza crust. They changed gloves, used a separate pan, and only cooked my pizza without any others in the oven with it.
I am HIGHLY sensitive to cross contamination and didn’t have any kind of reaction. They were very careful and I explained I have celiac disease.
My pizza was delicious. And the nachos are GF too and were so good.
