Pretty disappointing. I informed the waitress of my allergy and was told the kitchen was "very careful" about allergies, so I was initially excited to have a new good place. So many items on the menu are marked gluten free including fried things like wings and plantains. After placing my order I was told there is no separate fryer, so the fries are not safe but more importantly, the GF bun option for the sandwiches is also NOT SAFE because it is fried. So.....kinda defeats the entire purpose of having a GF bun. I had meat loose on a plate with a side of Brussels sprouts. Both were honestly delicious, but wow it was a huge let down for someone with celiac.
