Barnacle Bill's Seafood Market

We bought a variety of smoked fish from Barnacle Bills. I asked about ingredients for smoking and they listed off just a few basic ingredients (brown sugar, salt, and pepper). The man who helped us said they are a wheat free establishment but for the boxed crackers they sell (sealed and away from the fish). He was also fun to talk with and gave us helpful guidance on selecting our fish.
