Matchbook is great for gluten free options! The owner is always informative and assuring about the ingredients he uses. It’s a pop up at Barrel Proof so just check his instagram to find both days he’ll be there and also what the menu is. The menu always has at least a couple gluten free options and everything is always delicious. I have celiac and have eaten his food dozens of times and never been sick. It’s a go to!
