Love barrio! I can eat chips, guacamole, salsa and most everything in their menu. Everything marked and servers understand severity. Been eating here several times a week and never had issues 10/10

No GF issues whatsoever. Menu is clearly labeled with options and other allergens, and the chips and salsa that come free are safe.

Echoing concerns about the other location…for all the amazing things you could add to the tacos, they pretty much tasted like nothing. Despite the atmosphere and price range, the ingredient quality was notably sub-par. Up to each individual how much the beggar can be a chooser!

Disappointed by the service. Was told conflicting info about the fryer. Was initially told it was safe, until I pointed out a non-gf fried item, at which point it wasn’t safe. Staff was apologetic but it was still after I ate food that I was assured was safe even though it wasn’t. Steer clear of anything fried

Ever since I discovered this place I eat here whenever I come back home. Not only is it delicious, perhaps more importantly I’ve never gotten sick. Highly recommend!

I went here after a show at the Van Andel Arena. Staff were attentive and well-informed of the kitchen protocols and ingredients. Gluten free items are prepared in a separate area of the kitchen and fresh containers of ingredients. The menu is well marked, but I was concerned the "beer braised black beans" were marked incorrectly, although the server said it was gluten free beer that's used. The food tasted really good -- the cilantro lime rice is yummy! I wish the portions had been larger. I did a build your own taco with steamed corn tortilla, mushrooms, cilantro and onion, cheese, and salsa.

Great tacos that are completely customizable so you can ensure they’re gluten free. I mentioned to the host I have an allergy and she made sure to note it down. Mexican is always a go to for me and this place did not disappoint
