Ordered a gluten free pizza but was sick immediately. I think it was cross contamination as the crust seemed to be gluten free. Would not recommend if you have celiac.

One of the best gluten free pizza crusts I’ve ever had. It does have a dark coloring so at first I thought it was burnt but it wasn’t at all. I think it’s just the color of the crust. I’m not a big fan of red sauce though so I asked for white sauce instead and it was delicious. Did not get sick.
They have gluten free pizza and will make the salad without croutons. We have eaten at Barro's many times since both of my daughters were diagnosed with celiac disease - about 18 months now.
Neither one has ever gotten "glutened." Although, we did once catch a crouton crumb on a salad and had to get a new one before she ate it. Just because they are very, very good at providing a safe environment, no one is perfect - you still have to be vigilant.
Both my girls love their gluten free cheese pizza. It's a very thin and crisp crust.

Never been sick from here.. The crust kind of taste like cardboard... And sometimes it's burnt but I guess that's just cause it's gluten free. Kind of expensive to for a small pizza.
They have a dedicated area for cooking GF Pizza. Have been eating hear for years and this is one of the few places my Celiac family can eat out, regularly.

I am not severely allergic to gluten, so I wouldn't have any serious reactions, but this pizza is pretty good and I didn't feel sick afterwards. It only gets four stars because it's not the best gluten free pizza I've had.
Decent pizza, but the crust was a little dense. No reactions after eating
I have had nothing but incredibly pleasant experiences with this chain establishment and have always felt safe and like my Celiac is taken seriously whenever I've gone to any location. However, this location, for over 2 years they've continually under trained their staff in proper food preparation, how to avoid cross contamination with allergens, what gluten even is, and what products may contain gluten and which absolutely don't.. I've got my order wrong so many times here and haven't been able to enjoy their ranch for a year because they had told me it had gluten and they were certain of it. A year later my husband asked and NOBODY on shift knew until an old allergy menu was found by a bus in a drawer and surprise it's gf. I then had to train three employees on what gluten is because they thought milk and eggs in it. If you want to enjoy Barros go to ANY location other than this one.

My wife and I split a thin crust and a thick crust. Both were excellent. No reactions. Highly recommend.

the gf pizzas are small but delicious! we will definitely go back.
I requested gf garlic bread and they made it from the gf sandwich bread. It was yummy. I chose the special on the thick crust. I was excited to try the thick crust. The pizza was good, but just too much bread. Will come back and try the thin next time. They were very knowledgeable about gf. Even when it came to me requesting garlic bread.

My boyfriend is celiac and even though we specified that he’s celiac and they said they cleaned and sanitized before his pizza was made he got some cross contamination. Not too surprising since it is a pizza place. If you’re extremely sensitive to CC you should avoid this place. They were friendly.
