The best GF pizza dough!! If you ask, they'll cook your pizza on parchment paper which helps decrease the cross contamination. Not celiac safe. I used to be okay eating here but recently got symptoms while eating here.

I have had their gluten free pepperoni several times and it tastes just as good as the real thing..in my opinion!

Got the gluten free pizza, advised them of allergy. They warn against cross contamination, most places will clean the prep area, they did not. I got incredibly sick after eating the gluten free pizza. I would not recommend for anyone that is very sensitive as they do not take the necessary precautions in preparing allergy safe food.

gf crust was delicious. Had no reaction.
Excellent GF crust and the loaded veggie pizza is good if you make it crispy ;-) sauce is tasty and they're pretty conscious of keeping the dough away from regular pizza

I love the regular pizza and my wife and kids love the gluten free pizza. DELICIOUS!!
New crust is not as good as the previous. Was disappointed.
Best gf thick crust pizza I’ve had in 15 years of having celiac disease.
Ordered a GF pizza online, it’s decent and had no problems afterwards!

I have had nothing but incredibly pleasant experiences with this chain establishment and have always felt safe and like my Celiac is taken seriously whenever I've gone to any location. However, this location, for over 2 years they've continually under trained their staff in proper food preparation, how to avoid cross contamination with allergens, what gluten even is, and what products may contain gluten and which absolutely don't.. I've got my order wrong so many times here and haven't been able to enjoy their ranch for a year because they had told me it had gluten and they were certain of it. A year later my husband asked and NOBODY on shift knew until an old allergy menu was found by a bus in a drawer and surprise it's gf. I then had to train three employees on what gluten is because they thought milk and eggs in it. If you want to enjoy Barros go to ANY location other than this one.
