They have separate sauce and labels from regular crusts.

lost of cross contamination :( sad I love their pizza
It's $3 more for a GF pizza here but they take what they offer seriously. The manager proactively explained that it takes a little longer for a GF order because they use different pans and utensils and always keep parchment paper under the food. I've eaten at this location at least once a week for several months and never had any contamination issues.
Yes
I have had nothing but incredibly pleasant experiences with this chain establishment and have always felt safe and like my Celiac is taken seriously whenever I've gone to any location. However, this location, for over 2 years they've continually under trained their staff in proper food preparation, how to avoid cross contamination with allergens, what gluten even is, and what products may contain gluten and which absolutely don't.. I've got my order wrong so many times here and haven't been able to enjoy their ranch for a year because they had told me it had gluten and they were certain of it. A year later my husband asked and NOBODY on shift knew until an old allergy menu was found by a bus in a drawer and surprise it's gf. I then had to train three employees on what gluten is because they thought milk and eggs in it. If you want to enjoy Barros go to ANY location other than this one.

My wife and I split a thin crust and a thick crust. Both were excellent. No reactions. Highly recommend.

the gf pizzas are small but delicious! we will definitely go back.
I requested gf garlic bread and they made it from the gf sandwich bread. It was yummy. I chose the special on the thick crust. I was excited to try the thick crust. The pizza was good, but just too much bread. Will come back and try the thin next time. They were very knowledgeable about gf. Even when it came to me requesting garlic bread.

My boyfriend is celiac and even though we specified that he’s celiac and they said they cleaned and sanitized before his pizza was made he got some cross contamination. Not too surprising since it is a pizza place. If you’re extremely sensitive to CC you should avoid this place. They were friendly.
