Gluten allergy is indicated on the register and food ticket. Waiter explained how my food was prepared separately, in a separate pan and what was used . Atmosphere was so cool. Cam view the kitchen from the bay amd seating area. Food was excellent. Dedicated fryer. Duck wings and spaghetti squash latkes were delicious.

LOVE the food here. Their French fries are cooked in a separate fryer an served with a lemon aoli and the Chicken Salad Sandwich was made on a gluten free bun. The spaghetti squash latkes are so good too with the applesauce on the side. I have super sensitive celiac and did not have any issues. Just ask them to change gloves and clean the work space and you'll be fine!

All sandwiches can be made gluten free. I recommend it being made on gluten free bread. Staff uses separate grills for all celiac safe food. Amazing food and drinks and I never get sick. I’m very sensitive

We regularly order from here. One of the few places on the NorthFork that get it when it comes to celiacs. They have GF bread and a separate frier for the fries which are very good. Never have had an issue getting sick.

Separate frier. Their fried chicken sandwich can be done gluten free. Food is high quality and amazing and the atmosphere is super cool. One of the handful of restaurants I trust on LOng Island.

Called and asked about their gf options… they have gf bread and a separate fryer for fries- which are delicious!!! very patient and accommodating! highly recommend
