I ordered kids quesadilla for my kid and specified he had Celiac. They told me everything is gluten free and only if I specifically ask, they would give us flour tortillas. My kid really liked it and only at end after we were done, the waiter came and apologized that it was actually flour tortillas.

You order online but you are able to ask questions. Online when ordering, you can mark allergy for every item. The manager said 95% of their menu was naturally gluten free except the desserts and kids quesadillas since they make them with flour tortillas. The drinks were amazing and the food was fresh! I would come here again any day!

I am full-blown celiac with soy and corn allergy. When I go to a restaurant, anxiety kicks in and it did not happen here👍 The waiter was Amazing and his name is Adolph. He Explained how everything was gluten-free there except for two items. I also said I do not eat corn or soy and he said we have it covered. We do not have many things with corn or soy😘 so the experience here was absolutely amazing. I had a rice bowl with cauliflower and shrimp, and my children had tuna on rice with avocado and my son had his little tapas with different foods inside not with corn, but with lettuce. If you’re looking for a restaurant, that’s absolutely beautiful to look at and everybody that works here is charming and you don’t even have to look at a dirty menu. Guess you can do it through your phone. This is the place to go if you have any food allergies. .

The entire menu is gluten free except the kids quesadilla and the desserts. The food is fantastic and safe. The atmosphere was great too. Staff is friendly and helpful. I did mark my order as “gluten allergy” for the kitchen but there really is a very low low risk of cross contact as it is.

This place was so good. Each time I come to Miami, I will be sure to come to Bartaco. The waiter made sure to specify that quesadillas and desserts weren’t gluten free. I had no allergic reaction. I appreciate that before putting your order in that you can let the kitchen know of your allergies.

There should be a lot more reviews with how amazing the food is here. I have been a regular of the bartaco brand for about 2 years now (use to go to the Aventura location, now they have this one in Wynwood)

The way they care about allergies is just superb! You just select it right on the online menu so everyone (kitchen and staff) is aware.

They have many delicious options and very good with dairy free options too!

A great taco and bowl joint. The habernero, jalapeño and roja sauces are amazing. Really good drinks too.

The tacos are almost all gluten free. The staff we able to tell us which weren’t and the few things to stay away from. We had no cross contamination issue with the tacos and margaritas. Enjoy!

Ate there twice, the first time in restaurant. Very clear with each server. Said everything but the quesadillas and desserts are gluten free. Confirmed they can make the quesadillas on corn tortillas. Second time, ordered online and noted allergy and ask to take care to avoid cross contamination and ask to swap flour tortillas for corn. I was ordering for my two sons that have celiac and I was away (they had a babysitter). Unfortunately, the restaurant did not swap the tortilla and I only noticed when I came home. I now have two very sick kids. I would not recommend as it is not safe for people with celiac as the servers and kitchen did not read notes.
